The Exhibitor’s space offers an excellent opportunity to demonstrate your products and services to leading archivists.

  • Exhibitor’s booth offered through conference app
  • Link to booth page disseminated through ACA social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, Threads, and Facebook)
  • Opportunity to submit a brief pre-recorded video for the conference platform
  • One table for the conference exhibitor’s hall (additional charge for further tables)
  • Conference registration for two representatives, access to sessions and all conference refreshment breaks and lunches June 10-11

Exhibitors are welcome to attend sessions, and participate in social events. You will receive a registration code to participate in social events as an exhibitor.  Some social events will have a cost.

Show hours

Tuesday 10-5; Wednesday 10-4; and Thursday 10-2

Move in Monday June 9; move out Thursday June 12

The conference will be held in Richcraft Hall, and the Exhibitor’s space will be the lobby space, adjoining the three conference rooms where the majority of the sessions will be held. The Atrium space will also be used to serve the two lunches provided to all attendees.

Advertising Rates

Corporate Sponsors and Institutional Members may wish to advertise in the conference program, sponsor specific activities, or donate to the ACAF Foundation Auction. Please reach out to the ACA Executive Director for more information and details.

This year all exhibitors will be included in our Pheedloop Conference App and the Conference program.
