The First Nations Information Governance Centre is an independent, apolitical, and technical non-profit organization operating with a special mandate from the Assembly of First Nations’ Chiefs-in-Assembly (Resolution #48, December 2009).
The OCAP® and Information Governance team is dedicated to advancing FNIGC’s Vision and Mission and works to ensure that the principles we uphold are supported throughout the organization and within all the work we do. To do this, the team leads education and training initiatives, engages in research and analysis, develops resources and tools, and works closely with regional partners.

Know History is Canada's leading historical services firm.
