We would also like to point out that renewal is also your chance to update your online ACA member profile. To be included in the Members-Only Directory, there is an opt-in feature to select which contact details as well as reflect your current choices for Special Interest Sections and indicate whether or not you are a consulting archivist. Your member profile is also where you can opt in to receive a hardcopy of Archivaria. Please make sure your contact and mailing information is up to date.

If you have not yet signed into the system, you will be prompted to sign in using a unique email address and set a password. You can then continue to pay online using Visa, Mastercard or your Visa Debit card. If you prefer to send a cheque, please send to the ACA Office address below by January 6th to be included in the draw.

Eligibility for early-bird renewal will be in effect until December 31, 2024, so make sure to take advantage of this year’s excellent prizes!  Prizes will be drawn by the ACA Secretariat the week of January 6, 2025.
