Post Conference Survey - Deadline Extended

For those community members who attended the ACA's first hybrid conference located in Vancouver, at The Nest on the campus of the University of British Columbia and online using the Whova App, thank you! As part of our work to apply lessons learned and to begin working with our teams for ACA 2023, taking place in Charlottetown, PEI, June 28 to July 1, we hope you will take time to provide feedback to support next year's and other future conferences.

The information you provide will help us to learn about your experiences as attendees, exhibitors, session speakers, and session chairs. With this survey, we wish to learn about the strengths and weaknesses of this format.  We are also hoping to update our Conference Operations Guides, to respond to the directions and suggestions of attendees and to develop checklists and training material for future conferences.  

As part of the ACA's work on Equity Commitments, the Governance Committee is updating the Conference Policy to reflect online, hybrid and in person options.The ACA Board of Directors is also working to restructure conference activities to clarify roles of team members within a Conference Committee. As of July 31, the response rate for this survey was significantly lower than in previous years.To support this work, the deadline for the post-conference survey has been extended to August 22, 2022.  The survey should take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
