The ACA Board of Directors meets with Committee Chairs and Committee Members twice each year (in the spring and fall) to set and review work plans and establish priorities for the Association. This year, the Fall P&P will be held November 21st to 22nd in Ottawa, Ontario. The meeting schedule is set by the Board, and an agenda is made available to ACA Committees and groups. A report of activities is required from each Committee, written by the Chair, to be presented at each P&P. Financial considerations and budget requests are also reviewed by the Board during this time.
