The Association of Canadian Archivists’ 2026 Virtual Conference is a national professional gathering expected to bring together 300–400 archivists, records professionals, students, researchers, and sector leaders from across Canada. This year, speakers will present papers responding to the theme "How Does That Help Me? Making Archival Theory Relevant to Daily Practice." Includes:

- Sponsor logo and acknowledgement assigned to three conference sessions or one plenary
- Sponsor logo added to the introductory slide decks for sponsored sessions

Includes:
- Access to a customizable sponsor page within the conference platform with attendee engagement option, such as a poll, Q&A, or discussion prompt
- Recognition as sponsor of a special conference activity or up to four conference sessions or workshops
- Prominent logo placement across the conference website, Daily Program, and sponsored session materials
- Verbal acknowledgement by the moderators of sponsored sessions or activities
- Recognition in morning announcements
- Sponsorship acknowledgement in the President’s opening conference welcome

- Conference registration for four sponsor representatives
- Inclusion in conference gamification activities, such as a sponsored challenge, featured engagement prompt, or prize recognition, where applicable
