ACA 2023 Sponsorship Opportunities

Register now to sponsor and support ACA 2023.  A variety of benefits at different sponsor levels are outlined below. Each year, the Conference and Host Teams, and the Professional Development Committee develop plenary sessions, social activities, special items and events that may also be part of sponsorship opportunities.

Partner Level - $250 +

• Sponsor logo and acknowledgement assigned to one (1) conference session/workshop
• Sponsor logo added to the introduction slide deck for that session
• Sponsor acknowledgement provided by session moderator
• Acknowledgement in morning announcements

Bronze Level - $750 +

• Customizable Sponsor page within Whova app
  
• Sponsor logo and acknowledgement assigned to two (2) conference sessions
  
• Sponsor logo added to the description of the session in Whova and Conference Program
  
• Sponsor acknowledgement by session moderator
• Acknowledgement in morning announcements
• Sponsorship acknowledgement included President’s Opening Conference Welcome
• Link to Sponsor page disseminated via ACA Conference social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram)
• Opportunity to submit a brief (max. 3 minute) pre-recorded video re: Sponsor services and/or products for inclusion on the conference Whova platform

Silver Level - $1250 +

• Customizable Sponsor page within Whova app
  
• Sponsor logo and acknowledgement assigned to two (2) conference sessions or one workshop
• Sponsor logo added to the session description in the Whova app and Conference program.
  
• Sponsor acknowledgement by the moderators of each of the two (2) sponsored sessions
• Sponsor logo appears on bottom of Whova ACA Conference homepage
• Sponsor logo appears on ACA Conference website
• Acknowledgement in morning announcements
• Sponsorship acknowledgement included in President’s Opening Conference Welcome
• Link to Sponsor web page disseminated via ACA Conference social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram
• Opportunity to submit a brief (max. 3 minute) pre-recorded video re: Sponsor services and/or products for inclusion on the conference Whova platform

Gold Level - $2750 +

• Customizable Sponsor page within Whova app
• Sponsor logo and acknowledgement assigned to three (3) conference sessions or one plenary
  
• Sponsor logo added to the introduction slide decks for each of the sponsored sessions
• Sponsor acknowledgement by the moderators of each of the sponsored sessions
• Sponsor logo appears on bottom of Whova ACA Conference homepage AND Daily Agenda
• Sponsor logo appears on ACA Conference website
• Acknowledgement in morning announcements
• Sponsorship acknowledgement included in President’s Opening Conference Welcome
• Link to Sponsor web page disseminated via ACA Conference social media accounts (Twitter, Instagram)
• Opportunity to submit a brief (max. 3 minute) pre-recorded video re: Sponsor services and/or products for inclusion on the conference Whova platform
• Sponsorship at this level will be used to cover partial, or full, closed captioning services for the conference, therefore Gold Level sponsors will be further acknowledged as “closed captioning” sponsors at 3 conference session OR a plenary session
  
• Conference registration for 2 Sponsor representatives and Trade Show / Exhibitor table.

Platinum Level - $5000+

• Customizable Sponsor page within Whova app
  
• Sponsor logo and acknowledgement assigned to a special conference activity, or up to four (4) conference sessions/workshops
• Sponsor logo added to the introduction slide decks for each of the sponsored sessions / activity
  
• Sponsor acknowledgement by the moderators of each of the sponsored sessions / activity
  
• Sponsor logo appears on bottom of Whova ACA Conference homepage AND Daily Agenda
• Sponsor logo appears on ACA Conference website
• Acknowledgement in morning announcements
• Sponsorship acknowledgement included in President’s Opening Conference Welcome
