Association of Canadian Archivists Membership

The ACA has an annual membership that begins January 1 of each year. Members renewing for the first time with this system will be prompted to use the email address associated with your member profile. You will then set your password. Previous ACA membership ID numbers will no longer be used to access member profiles.

The ACA accepts Visa or Mastercard or cheques payable to the Association of Canadian Archivists.

Australian Society of Archivists - Reciprocal Subscription period: Unlimited In January 2023, the ASA and ACA signed a reciprocal agreement with regard to membership.

Individual - Variable Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Basic membership for individuals sharing the aims of the association. Individual members are entitled to receive notice of, attend and vote at all meetings of members and each Individual.

Institution - Variable Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments

Student - $75.00 (CAD) Subscription period: 3 years, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments In order to qualify for the student membership rate, you must be enrolled as a full-time student at a high school, college, or university.

ACA offers a student e-membership that includes electronic rather than print copies of these publications. Both types of student membership are limited to a maximum 3-year term.
