By-Law Review: Questions and Answers

The Governance Committee has reviewed the by-laws and election and nomination policy which will be presented to the membership for review.

The new proposed By-Laws were approved by the ACA Board of Directors on March 8, 2020.

See here for an FAQ related to proposed By-Law changes.  Please register for the By-Law FAQ on Wednesday May 27, 2020 at 12:00 EDT when members of the Board and Governance Committee will be available to answer member questions.

The AGM will be held on June 23, 2020 at 12:00 EDT and members are invited to register here if you have not yet had the opportunity.
