We are pleased to invite you to @Risk North 3: Safeguarding the Canadian Digital Record, a 1.5-day open summit co-hosted by CARL and key partners including the Canadian Research Knowledge Network, Library and Archives Canada, Bibliothèque et Archives nationales du Québec, Internet Archive Canada, Digital Research Alliance of Canada, and the Digital Preservation Coalition.

Dates: November 21-22, 2024

Location: Library and Archives Canada, 550 Bd de la Cité, Gatineau, QC, J8T 0A7 This event will focus on the latest developments, challenges, and opportunities in digital preservation within the Canadian context. It will feature a keynote address, panel discussions, breakout sessions, and ample networking opportunities. Networking events, including a reception and an optional tour of the Library and Archives Canada’s Gatineau Preservation Centre, are also included in the program.
