New ACA Membership Management System
On March 6th, 2019, the ACA launched access to its new online membership system and conference registration system for ACA 2019. We are now using Wild Apricot and members current and lapsed will begin to see emails supported by this service provider. If you have a moment, please login to the new website to update your credentials and renew your membership with the ACA. You can complete your member profile and payment online. Please note that you will no longer use your ACA ID number as part of your credentials. You will access the website and in future, members only content using your email and password. Members will be asked in future to indicate the information and details you wish to appear in a members directory.
PDF forms are still available for renewals. Please Note: To complete the form, you must export to a .pdf program and/or download and open using a .pdf software like Adobe. Once downloaded, you will see the drop down options and lists. Student members cannot renew their membership but can update their membership level online or manually.
The ACA accepts Visa or Mastercard or cheques payable to the Association of Canadian Archivists. ACA Membership runs from the date of payment for twelve months.
