Planning to attend ACA's 42nd Annual Conference "'Archives, disrupted"

Here are some key dates to enter into your calendar:

Registration opens

The Conference begins with an opening reception on Wednesday, early evening, while sessions are scheduled from Thursday 8:45 am, continuing through Saturday afternoon, with the closing dinner that evening. 

Welcoming Reception Wednesday, June 7 at 6:30 pm (registered delegates only)
Conference Sessions 8:45 am Thursday, June 8 through 5:00 pm Saturday, June 10
Closing Dinner and Dance 6:00 pm Saturday, June 10

  • Online Registration: You will need your Member ID & password to register at the Member rates.

 

 

NOTICE: The online registration form is for ACA members in good standing only or anyone registering at the non-member rate.  If you are an international delegate, please use the PDF form as the online form only accepts Canadian postal codes.  If you are a current ARMA or AAQ member and wish to register at ACA member rates per associational agreements, you must use the PDF registration form.  

  • Click this link for the Registration Form, available in a PDF format with data entry fields for your name, address, etc., as well as your session selections, request for activity tickets and payment options. 
  • To register for any of the pre-conference workshops,  taking place on Wednesday, June 7, you can use either the Online registration link above, or click for this PDF workshop registration form.

Pre-registration closes on May 5, 2017.  On-site registration will be available at the Registration table, located at the Montreal Marriott Chateau Champlain commencing on June 7, 2017, while unfortunately if you register on-site, you are not eligible to participate in the opening reception or lunches.  If you must register onsite, complete and print the PDF registration form, and bring this with you to facilitate an on-site registration.

The 2017 ACA Conference Registration rates are as follows. HST (13%) applies to all fees.

*  Fee is for ACA 2017 members in good standing only.  Due to standing agreements, current ARMA or AAQ members can register at the ACA member rate, and must use the PDF Registration formproof of current ARMA or AAQ membership may be requested; use of the online registration will be charged at the applicable non-member rate.

 The Pre-registration deadline is May 5, 2017. If you missed completing your registration by the deadline please alert the ACA office.  On-site registration subject to a $50 charge, while on-site registrants are not eligible to participate at the opening reception or luncheons.
