On 1 June 2017, the ACA presented this open statement before the ETHI Parliamentary Committee hearing on PIPEDA. Greg Kozak read the statement and responded to questions. The other three organizations invited to the hearing were CARL, Google, and the Retail Council of Canada.

Effective May 15th, 2017 Craig Noonan is the new ACA Executive Director.

We are very excited to have Craig join our team in this important leadership capacity to lead the operations of the organization in the long term.
